Lash extensions are a cosmetic enhancement where individual hair-like fibers are adhered to a person's eyelashes to create the appearance of longer, fuller, and more dramatic eyelashes. A classic lash extension will give you a more natural look, if you are after a dramatic change you could choose hybrids or volume extensions.

A lash lift is an all-natural, semi-permanent procedure that gives you the appearance of fuller, thicker eyelashes without the use of any leave-on chemicals or extensions. The natural lashes are boosted from the root, giving them a lifted, lengthened appearance.

The GelBottle Inc™ gel polishes are rich, highly pigmented, chip-resistant and offer extreme long lasting shine. They are also VEGAN, CRUELTY FREE and 10-FREE (our products don’t contain formaldehyde, Dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldehyde resin or camphor).

A manicure is a beauty treatment of the hands. We will do all the necessary prep that is required for the longevity and overall health of your nails, we will then use a builder gel for strengthening and growing out the natural nail, before the final step of painting of the nails with a colour you choose.
‘Mini Manis’ are also available as a treat for your child.

Removal and reapplication of gel nail polish.
nail extensions and repairs
For the nail extensions we will use a hard gel to extend the nails to your desired length, then follow similar steps as the gel manicure. The hard gel can be used to strengthen and grow the nails, as well as extend the length.

We use the brow mapping technique, which involves measuring the eyebrows using a number of fixed points to create a more even and symmetrical shape that flatters the face.

Ewe Beauty is a lash, brow & nail bar located in Ohakune servicing the Ruapehu region.
I trained with very highly regarded people in the beauty industry (see details below) and continued to learn while working with the lovely ladies at Jah’s Beauty Bar in Taihape. With the encouragement and help of many people, I created Ewe Beauty Bar Ltd in 2023 with the dream of opening up my own place closer to home. I am a part time shepherd on a farm out the back of Raetihi, hence EWE beauty! I love this name and feel it fits me and my business really well by combining the two careers I love!
